About Anna

Anna Osmanski is from rural Minnesota and relocated to Charlotte in 2025. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Human Development from University of Wisconsin–Green Bay and later obtained her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from St. Cloud State University in 2021. Anna is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and is currently working toward her Registered Play Therapy (RPT) certification.

Her background includes working in an adolescent group home supporting teenage boys on the autism spectrum, serving as a direct support professional for children with emotional, behavioral, and physical health needs, and practicing as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of Minnesota. Anna’s clinical focus centers on supporting children, families, and adults from a variety of backgrounds, with particular experience in adoption, attachment, trauma, emotional, and behavioral concerns. In her work with families, she incorporates techniques and interventions drawn from Experiential Play Therapy, Sandplay, Sand Tray Therapy, Adlerian Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills. Anna’s therapeutic goal is to create a strong sense of safety, trust, and connection within the counseling relationship. Whether clients are navigating challenging emotions, family transitions, or the impacts of early adversity, Anna works collaboratively to help uncover strengths, build resilience, and foster growth. Outside of her clinical work, Anna enjoys reading, crocheting, listening to music, going to the gym, and spending time with her dogs.
