About Chloe

Chloe McNeece is originally from Clayton, North Carolina. She attended UNC Chapel Hill for her undergraduate degree in Human Development and family studies and the University of North Carolina at Charlotte to complete her Master’s degree in counseling. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMCHA) and is pursuing credentialing to become a Registered Play Therapist (RPT). Chloe has experience as a school counselor and therapist who has experience supporting children, adolescents, and supporting families and facilitating Child-Parent Relationship Training (CPRT).

Chloe works with clients navigating anxiety, grief/loss, identity, relational challenges, adjustment, and self-esteem. She strives to create a space where clients feel comfortable showing up as themselves while feeling supported, understood, and accepted. When working with children and adolescents, Chloe utilizes Child-Centered Play Therapy with children ages 3-10 and incorporates person-centered and expressive approaches with adolescent clients to process emotions, build confidence, and strengthen coping skills in ways that feel authentic to them.

Chloe values building genuine therapeutic relationships and believes healing often begins with feeling safe, connected, and heard. Her goal is to help clients better understand themselves, navigate life’s challenges with greater confidence, and feel more empowered in their relationships and day-to-day lives.

In her free time, Chloe enjoys going to yoga classes, working out, spending time with her cats, trying the newest restaurants in Charlotte, and traveling.
